Job summary

Outsource is recruiting a Construction Project Manager for a 12-month assignment at the BAE Warton site. This role requires coordinating design, construction planning and implementation across a range of infrastructure projects, with five days on site and full involvement from design through to installation in line with CDM and safety regs.

Qualifications

• Experience in design management of construction activities.
• Experience in construction management and supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of plant and equipment installations.
• NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal/external customers and consultants.
• Co-ordinate consultant teams and contractors for defined facilities.
• Manage all design phases following RIBA stages and ensure CDM compliance.
• Ensure installations meet current health & safety legislation and building controls.
