Job summary

Dex is partnering with a healthcare AI company in London to build and deploy AI workflows inside hospital teams. You will own the lifecycle from problem framing to deployed solutions, working closely with healthcare administrators and engineers.

You will be onsite with customers and in London, translating non-technical needs into product requirements, shipping fast, and shaping the product with direct input from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to take ambiguous requirements and ship high-quality, full-stack products.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare administrators or similar stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate non-technical requirements into deployable AI workflows.
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI workflows across the full stack.
• Work directly with customers onsite to understand pain points and integrate solutions.
• Identify and fix issues, driving improvements into the core product.
• Contribute to a system deployed in hospitals to address workforce shortfalls.
