Job summary

DNS INFO LTD in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced AI-Enabled Payments Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated tests across complex payment platforms, leveraging AI-driven testing to boost quality and release confidence. The role requires strong automation skills with Selenium, Cucumber, JavaScript, and knowledge of payment systems (SEPA, BACS, SWIFT, ISO 20022).

This onsite role offers collaborative, global delivery and a focus on testing standards and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or Information Systems.
• Certifications in Testing, Automation, Agile or Payments are desirable.
• Experience in payments domain is preferred.
• Experience with AI-driven testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand platform architecture and design comprehensive test strategies and test cases.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for both frontend and backend applications.
• Build AI-assisted test automation solutions to improve test coverage, defect prediction, and execution efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to establish testing standards, quality gates, and best practices.
• Create and execute complex test scenarios using BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
• Develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and JavaScript.
• Participate in SIT and UAT phases while coordinating with distributed global teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact during release validation and sign-off activities.
• Identify, analyse, track, and support the resolution of defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Validate payment processing workflows including inbound and outbound payment transactions.
• Ensure compliance with banking and payment industry standards and messaging formats.
