Job summary

Skyform Access in Scotland is seeking a Temporary Access / Cradle Erector to oversee on-site activities, supervise squads, and ensure works comply with site rules and RAMS. You will develop and maintain safe systems of work, conduct site visits, and participate in ongoing training to support project delivery.

The role requires knowledge of LOLER regulations, strong communication, and the ability to work independently as part of a dynamic team, with a driving licence and CSCS card as essentials.

Qualifications

• Hold experience or qualifications in a relevant field the lifting/access industry and have an understanding of LOLER/machinery directives regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage temporary access works on site and supervise squads.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure compliance with site rules and RAMS.
• Ensure quality, cost and delivery meet client requirements.
• Conduct planned and unplanned surveillance visits to projects.
• Develop safe systems of work using risk assessments and method statements.
• Participate in in-house training and development programs.
