Job summary

RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking a Wind Turbine Technician to join a small team, performing maintenance, servicing and inspections on wind turbines and balance of plant at Tween Bridge or March, with travel to Cambridgeshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire.

You will use SCADA and diagnostic tools to interrogate turbines, reset faults, maintain records, and support site operations while adhering to HSSE standards and contributing to safe, reliable energy generation.

Qualifications

• Proven wind turbine technician, related to O&M.
• Extensive experience in wind turbine maintenance.
• Ability to work in a small team with minimal supervision.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• First Aid at Work, Working at Heights Training / Tower Rescue.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and servicing of wind turbines and balance of plant, including servicing, inspections, modifications and main component exchanges.
• Work in a small team with minimal supervision.
• Utilise SCADA systems to interrogate turbines, reset faults and plan maintenance.
• Be flexible with working hours and travel to other sites within Cambridgeshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire.
• Maintain maintenance records and assist in projects, spares and non-routine works.
