Job summary

RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. is seeking a Wind Turbine Technician to join a small team based at the Tween Bridge (Moorends) site. The role involves maintenance, servicing and inspection of wind turbines and balance of plant, with on-call duties and travel to nearby sites as required.

You will use SCADA and diagnostic tools to manage faults and plan maintenance activities, while keeping detailed records and contributing to safe, efficient operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven wind turbine technician with O&M experience.
• Extensive experience in wind turbine maintenance.
• Ability to use complex power tools and diagnostics.
• Sound HSSE understanding to maintain safe work environment.
• Self-motivated with focus on performance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, servicing and inspections of wind turbines and balance of plant.
• Work in a small team with minimal supervision.
• Utilise SCADA and other systems to interrogate turbines and plan maintenance.
• Be flexible with hours and travel to other sites as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records (electronic and paper).
• Support site operations and non-routine works; uphold HSSE standards.
