Job summary

Arm seeks an Online Training Advisor to support our Partner Training team in delivering engaging learning experiences for Arm partners worldwide. You will coordinate Design Reviews, organize training schedules, and help keep LMS content up to date, collaborating across teams and time zones.

Qualifications

  • Experience organising activities, schedules or services in training, operations, customer service or a related environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Good attention to detail when working with schedules, content or data.
  • Ability to organise own workload and adapt when priorities change.
  • Confident learning new systems and using tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Interest in working with technical teams and learning unfamiliar terminology.
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to partner questions and help access information and training.
  • Support the coordination and maintenance of learning content in our LMS.
  • Keep schedules, training materials and documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Gather feedback and share reports after Design Reviews and training activities.
  • Work with colleagues in Partner Training, sales and engineering to support partner learning.
  • Follow agreed processes and look for improvements to the training experience.

Job Overview

As an Online Training Advisor, you will help our Partner Training team deliver engaging and accessible learning experiences for Arm partners around the world.

You will coordinate Design Reviews, support partner enquiries, organise training schedules and help keep learning content up to date in our Learning Management System (LMS). Working with colleagues and partners across different teams and time zones, you will help make sure training activities are well organised and easy to access.

This role is a great opportunity to build your knowledge of Arm, develop your skills and contribute to learning experiences that support our global partner community.
