Job summary

Morrisons is looking for an Online Team Leader to head our in-store Online team and drive exceptional service for our customers. You will lead a team, promote a friendly environment, and analyse data to improve delivery of orders.

You will ensure orders are picked, dispatched and delivered on time with minimal substitutions, and support a culture of recognition and development. Flexible shift patterns and employee benefits are provided to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Experience in developing and leading teams, coaching to build competence and confidence for high performance.
• Strong operational and technical knowledge of the Online department.
• Able to effectively plan, organise and manage own and direct reports workload.
• Able to work to strict deadlines.

We're looking for Team Leaders to lead our in-store Online teams and drive our performance forward for our customers.

As an Online Team Leader you’re the driving force behind our in-store Online team and as part of your role you will:
