Job summary

Morrisons is seeking an Online Team Leader at our Blyth store to drive the in-store Online team, ensuring fast, accurate order picking, despatch and delivery, while keeping customers at the heart of every action.

You will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, analyse data to identify process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies and legal obligations. This role offers a clear path for progression within Morrisons' online department.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and leading teams, coaching to build competence and confidence for high performance
• Strong operational and technical knowledge of the Online department
• Able to effectively plan, organise and manage workload
• Able to work to strict deadlines
• You’ll build and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues

We're looking for Team Leaders to lead our in-store Online teams and drive our performance forward for our customers.

As an Online Team Leader you’re the driving force behind our in-store Online team and as part of your role you will:

You’ll be the kind of person who has:
