Job summary

Morrisons is looking for an Online Team Leader to head the in-store Online team and drive performance to deliver excellent customer service. You will lead, train and motivate staff, ensuring orders are picked, despatched and delivered accurately and on time.

You will analyse data, foster a supportive, result-oriented culture, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering a great shopping experience for customers in our stores.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and leading teams, coaching to build competence and confidence for high performance.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Strong operational and technical knowledge of the Online department.
• Able to effectively plan, organise and manage workload for self and direct reports.
• Able to work to strict deadlines.

As an Online Team Leader you\'re the driving force behind our in-store Online team and as part of your role you will:
