Job summary

Access Garage Doors Ltd in Crawley is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage online sales, respond to customer enquiries and process orders efficiently. You will work closely with the sales team to promote products and parts, ensuring accurate order entry and timely invoicing.

The role requires confident communication, strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-growing business. Training will be provided, with a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or online platform experience.
• Confident and professional when assisting customers.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working independently and managing workload.
• Proactive approach to resolving queries.
• Good IT skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all online and web sales
• To accurately enter sales orders onto the system
• Proactively call existing customers with promotions and special offers.
• To ensure credit accounts are checked or correct payment taken with order
• Provide warehouse with correct picking information
• Responsible for daily invoicing for online orders
• To ensure all customer’s queries are dealt with
• Dealing with technical queries internally and externally
• To ensure the telephone is answered without undue delay
