About the Role

My name is Rory, and I'm looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join my team in a remote capacity to promote our online courses and events.

The Digital Marketing Manager will create and manage all digital marketing campaigns and properties to promote the company and its products. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, loves a challenge, and has a passion for learning.

To be successful, the Digital Marketing Manager must have the ability to think strategically, work productively in a remote setting, be self-motivated, and participate in company global training calls.

Responsibilities

1. Create and strategise – Develop niche digital marketing campaigns to generate traffic and convert leads.
2. Contact and process leads – Follow our proven 3-step system, from initial contact to interview and providing information on our courses.
3. Measure – Report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and compare to goals.
4. Conduct testing – Test digital marketing strategies and adjust campaigns to ensure success, viewing underperforming campaigns as learning opportunities.
5. Set and work towards big goals – Define individual campaign goals and focus on achieving them to reach desired results.
