What You’ll Do

As Curl Jar’s Online Marketer, you’ll take the lead on building databases and managing ad campaigns across all social platforms. You’ll test, track, and tweak what works, driving growth while staying true to our brand voice and values.

Who Are You

• Eager to learn and grow — you don’t need to know everything, but you need to care
• Comfortable with data, ads manager dashboards, and analytics
• Have a good eye for creative content that converts
• Experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads is a big bonus, or a willingness to learn quickly
• Passion for beauty, haircare, or wellness is a plus (especially textured hair)
