The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering English lessons and guidance to students.
• Creating a fun and engaging classroom environment by facilitating one-on-one or group instruction & utilizing world-class teaching methods.
• Leading discussions, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback.

Start Date:

• Immediate upon completion of the recruitment process.

Teaching Hours:

• Guaranteed approximately 30 hours per week!

Students:

• Adult professionals over the age of 18.
• Students are based throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America.

Remuneration:

• Set base rate of 10 USD per hour.

Contract type:

• You will be contracted by The Really Great Teacher Company as an Independent Service Provider.

• You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher (any field).
• You have accredited 120 hours or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA.
• You have 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience.
• English first language speakers from the UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
• PC specifications: Processor: Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz (8 CPUs) or greater.
• Memory: 8GB RAM or greater.
• Backup power: Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life up to 4-5 hours (2000VA) (or willing to purchase before commencing teaching).
• A stable fibre internet connection at a minimum of 20 mbps upload and download speeds.
• PC is connected via a LAN cable and not via a Wi-Fi connection.
• Noise-cancelling headsets and HD web camera. Back-up headset highly recommended.
• Tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment.
