Job description

The Really Great Teacher Company is looking for an Online English Teacher.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering English lessons and guidance to students.
• Creating a fun and engaging classroom environment by facilitating one-on-one or group instruction and utilizing world-class teaching methods.

Position Details:

Start Date:

• Immediate upon completion of the recruitment process

Teaching Hours:

• Guaranteed approximately 30 hours per week!

Students:

• Adult professionals over the age of 18
• Students are based throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America

Remuneration:

• Set base rate of 10 USD per hour

Contract type:

• You will be contracted by The Really Great Teacher Company as an Independent Service Provider

• You have accredited 120 hours or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA certification.
• You have 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience.
• English First Language Speakers from the UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand
• PC specifications: Processor: Intel Core i5 CPU @ 2.0GHz (8 CPUs) or greater
• Memory: 8GB RAM or greater
• Backup power: Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life up to 4-5 hours (2000VA) or willing to purchase before commencing teaching
• A stable fibre internet connection at a minimum of 20 Mbps upload and download speeds
• PC connected via LAN cable, not Wi-Fi
• Noise-cancelling headsets and HD webcam; backup headset highly recommended
• Tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment
