Job summary

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Solution Architect for our OneStream practice in the UK. You will lead full-cycle OneStream implementations, drive pre-sales activities, and coordinate delivery across multiple projects in the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience with OneStream or CPM/EPM applications, a finance or MIS degree, and strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams. VB.NET experience is a plus.

Qualifications

7+ years’ experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other EPM/CPM applications (HFM, Hyperion Planning, etc.).
Strong knowledge of financial processes including close, consolidations, reporting, and FP&A.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into design solutions.
Proven ability to lead full-cycle EPM/CPM implementations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead OneStream solutions through full cycle: requirements, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support.
Lead pre-sales activities: scoping, drafting estimates, proposals, and statements of work.
Oversee delivery on multiple projects across the EMEA region.
Collaborate with internal and client resources and communicate across audiences.
Bridge business needs and technical solutions to drive outcomes.
