Job summary

SoCode Recruitment is seeking an EPM Consultant to join a growing consultancy in Cambridge. The role focuses on expanding the OneStream practice while leveraging experience with tools like Anaplan, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, SAP BPC, Tagetik, or Board to drive enterprise performance management initiatives.

You will work within a collaborative team delivering planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting solutions across client projects, with structured training to build long-term OneStream

Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise performance management (EPM) tools.
• Experience supporting planning, forecasting, consolidation, or reporting processes.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Desire to develop into a specialist OneStream Consultant.
• Prior EPM consulting or implementation experience with another EPM platform (Essential).

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of OneStream implementation projects
• Work with clients to gather and analyse finance and reporting requirements
• Assist in building planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation solutions
• Configure and enhance EPM solutions to meet client business needs
• Support data integration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with senior consultants on client workshops and solution design
• Assist with testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Develop expertise in OneStream architecture, configuration, and best practices
