Job summary

SoCode Recruitment is partnering with a well-established consultancy in the UK that is expanding its OneStream practice due to continued project wins. You will join a supportive, collaborative team delivering enterprise performance management solutions across planning, forecasting, consolidation and reporting, and you will receive structured training to develop into a trusted OneStream specialist.

This role suits someone with a strong grounding in EPM tools (Oracle EPM/Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP

Qualifications

Experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) tools such as Oracle EPM/Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tagetik, Board or similar.
Experience supporting planning, forecasting, consolidation, or reporting processes.
Strong understanding of finance transformation / FP&A / consolidation workflows.
Experience gathering business requirements and supporting solution delivery.
Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Desire to develop into a specialist OneStream Consultant.

Responsibilities

Support the design and delivery of OneStream implementation projects.
Work with clients to gather and analyse finance and reporting requirements.
Assist in building planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation solutions.
Configure and enhance EPM solutions to meet client business needs.
Support data integration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with senior consultants on client workshops and solution design.
Assist with testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Develop expertise in OneStream architecture, configuration, and best practices.
