Job summary

SoCode Recruitment is seeking an EPM Consultant to join a growing consultancy expanding its OneStream practice. You will collaborate with a team delivering enterprise performance management solutions across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting and transformation initiatives.

This role targets professionals with a strong grounding in EPM tools and a path to specialise as a OneStream Consultant, backed by structured training and exposure to enterprise-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise performance management (EPM) tools.
• Experience supporting planning, forecasting, consolidation, or reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of finance transformation / FP&A / consolidation workflows.
• Experience gathering business requirements and supporting solution delivery.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Desire to develop into a specialist OneStream Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of OneStream implementation projects.
• Work with clients to gather and analyse finance and reporting requirements.
• Assist in building planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation solutions.
• Configure and enhance EPM solutions to meet client business needs.
• Support data integration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior consultants on client workshops and solution design.
• Assist with testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Develop expertise in OneStream architecture, configuration, and best practices.
