Enterprise Mobility is offering a one-year Management Placement Programme in Stroud/Cirencester. Based in our retail branches, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

The programme provides real responsibilities, mentorship, and a structured training path designed to accelerate your early career. You’ll join a paid placement with opportunities for promotion, performance bonuses, and referral rewards as you develop hard and soft skills

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student with active enrollment.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence; accommodation for non-drivers may be made.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within last five years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle reservations and enquiries.
• Build relationships with local business partners and network for sales opportunities.
• Understand cost control and profitability to support financial performance.
• Learn fleet operations and logistics planning to support service delivery.
• Lead and mentor peers as you grow through the programme.
