Enterprise Mobility is offering a one-year Management Placement Programme for undergraduate students. Based in one of our retail branches, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with real responsibilities from day one.

You’ll receive classroom learning, on-the-job training, and mentorship to help you grow. This paid internship supports your development in a structured, inclusive environment with potential for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• We welcome applications from all undergraduate students regardless of university or subject.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence required; accommodations possible for disabled applicants.
• No drug or alcohol offences on driving record in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand cost control and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
• Leadership and Development: mentor and train others, with opportunities to promote as you grow.
