Enterprise Mobility offers a one-year Management Placement Programme based in a retail setting. You’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with mentorship and a focus on developing leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Applications accepted from all undergraduate students regardless of university or subject.
• Must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence; accommodation considered for some.
• No drug or alcohol offence on driving record in last five years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service, handling reservations and enquiries.
• Engage in sales and marketing activities to grow local partnerships.
• Understand financial mechanics, cost control and profit/loss.
• Learn operations and logistics, fleet planning and performance.
