Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is offering a paid one-year Management Placement internship based in Oxford. You’ll gain real, hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and more within a supportive environment.

You’ll work on real responsibilities, with opportunities for promotion, performance bonuses, incentives, and employee referral rewards as you grow through the programme.

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduate students regardless of university or subject.
• Must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence; accommodations available for applicants with disabilities.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by handling reservations, enquiries, and building rapport with customers.
• Sales and marketing: connect with local business partners and grow network.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
