Enterprise Mobility offers a one-year Management Placement Programme for interns in Bristol. As an Intern you’ll gain real-world business experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and more, within a supportive environment.

The role is paid, with opportunities for promotion and performance bonuses; you’ll receive training through classroom learning, on-the-job experience, and mentorship to kickstart your career.

Qualifications

• Eligible undergraduate student for Management Placement or Internship Programme.
• Must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence; accommodations for non-drivers.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations and enquiries.
• Build rapport with customers and connect with local business partners.
• Understand financial mechanics, cost control and profitability.
• Manage fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance in operations and logistics.
• Lead, mentor and develop team with opportunity to promote others.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
