Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Daventry is offering a paid Management Placement internship as part of our Graduate Management Training Programme. Based in a retail branch, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

From day one, you’ll be supported through classroom learning, on-the-job training, and mentorship, with opportunities for promotion and performance rewards as you develop leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be undergraduate students (any field).
• Must have a valid full manual UK or EU driving licence.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: handle reservations, enquiries and build rapport with customers.
• Sales & Marketing: connect with local partners, grow network and relationships.
• Financial Control & Profitability: understand cost control and P&L basics.
• Operations & Logistics: manage fleet, plan strategically, drive performance.
• Leadership & Development: mentor/train others and potential to promote.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
