Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is offering a paid internship/management placement in Middlesbrough. You will gain real-world experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within a supportive team.

Based from a retail branch, you’ll tackle responsibilities and build skills that span leadership and teamwork. From day one, you’ll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduate students regardless of university attended or subjects studied.
• Competencies-based assessment will judge you on performance.
• Full UK or EU manual driving licence required, accommodations for disability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations and inquiries.
• Build rapport and develop relationships with local business partners.
• Understand financial mechanics, cost control and basic P&L concepts.
• Learn and support fleet management, planning and performance.
• Lead and mentor teammates as you grow into responsibilities.

Responsibilities

You'll have the chance to apply what you already know, while building a powerful set of hard and soft skills that you might not have expected. You'll develop skills in:

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Operations and Logistics: learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don't drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
