Enterprise Mobility is offering a paid Year Placement Programme based in the United Kingdom. As an Intern you’ll gain real responsibilities across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within a supportive, award-winning environment.

You’ll receive classroom learning, on-the-job training, and mentorship from leaders. This placement opens pathways to our Graduate Management Training Programme and potential for promotion on successful performance.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK or EU driving licence required.
• Undergraduate student eligible for placement and internship.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: manage reservations, enquiries, and build rapport with customers.
• Sales and marketing: connect with local business partners and develop relationships.
• Financial control and profitability: understand cost control and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Operations and logistics: learn fleet management, planning, and performance drive.
• Leadership and development: mentor, train and develop your own team with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.


• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.


• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
