Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Cambridge is offering a paid One Year Management Placement Programme. As an Intern, you’ll gain real-world business experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and more within a supportive environment.

You’ll receive award-winning training, classroom learning, on-the-job mentorship, and the chance to lead early projects with potential for promotion after graduation.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied.
• Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but accommodations are made for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: handle reservations, resolve inquiries, build rapport with a diverse customer base.
• Sales & Marketing: connect with local partners, grow your network, develop relationships.
• Financial Control: understand cost control and interpret profit and loss statements.
• Operations & Logistics: learn to manage a fleet, plan strategically, drive performance.
• Leadership & Development: mentor and train your team, with promotion opportunities.
