Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, part of Enterprise Holdings, offers a paid year-long Management Placement Programme in Birkenhead. You’ll gain real responsibility across customer service, sales, finance, operations, and leadership as you start your career.

Based in one of our retail branches, you’ll receive mentorship, classroom learning, and practical on-the-job development, with opportunities for progression and industry exposure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

You’ll have the chance to apply what you already know, while building a powerful set of hard and soft skills that you might not have expected. You’ll develop skills in:

• Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.

Qualifications

• We accept applications for our Management Placement and Internship Programme from all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended and subjects being studied. Our assessment is based on how you perform against our competencies and will judge you on that alone.
• You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
