Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children with Autism, PDA or similar neurodivergent profiles desirable.
• Patience, creativity, consistency and a child-led, low-demand approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to a primary school-aged child with Autism in KS2.
• Support learning, social development, emotional regulation and daily activities.
• Encourage independence and celebrate strengths and achievements.
• Work effectively within a team to provide high-quality learning opportunities.
