Randstad Student Support is recruiting Specialist-one-to-one Study Skills Support Workers to assist autistic students at Falmouth University. You will develop tailored learning plans, foster independent learning, and provide targeted study skills guidance.

Eligibility requires one of the teaching qualifications listed above. Randstad offers flexible hours and ongoing training, plus access to CPD and supportive employment benefits.

Qualifications

• Eligible candidates must hold one of the listed teaching qualifications.
• National Autistic Society training modules are required.
• Training access provided; cost circa £180 is covered prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning support and academic guidance tailored to each student.
• Develop an individual learning plan to promote independent learning.
• Support autistic students studying at Falmouth University.
