This one-to-one role covers personal and complex care, with responsibilities including medication management, mobility assistance, and community activities.

The client leads an active lifestyle; training is provided, and the candidate should be reliable, confident, and able to work independently while maintaining professionalism and compassion.

Qualifications

• Aged 25+ for insurance purposes.
• Full UK driving licence (motorway driving essential).
• Reliable, trustworthy and professional.
• Calm, organised and able to work under pressure.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Confident communicating and advocating when needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care for the client.
• Tracheostomy and complex care support (full training provided).
• Medication, skin and eye care.
• Driving to appointments and activities.
• Preparing fresh meals.
• Light household tasks.
• Admin support including emails, online shopping and research.
• Supporting independence and keeping life active.
