Outwood Grange Academies Trust is seeking a One to One Science Tutor to plan, implement and deliver a broad, differentiated science curriculum for individual students. You will run targeted intervention programmes, foster academic growth and uphold the academy’s inclusive ethos.

A graduate in a related subject or an AS/A2 in a relevant subject, or a qualified teacher, is essential. Excellent communication, listening and time-management skills are required, with experience in a school setting

Qualifications

• Graduate in a related subject or AS/A2 level in a relevant subject or be a qualified teacher.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, alongside strong time management and organisational skills.
• Experience supporting students with science work up to GCSE level is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver intervention programmes to individuals, working with staff to prepare learning experiences.
• Develop suitable intervention material, lesson plans, and resources.
• Report on individual pupil progress and liaise with Head of Department and teachers.
• Support exam revision sessions and comply with safeguarding procedures.
