Marden Pre-school is seeking a caring, patient Early Years Education / Childcare Practitioner to provide individual one-to-one support for children. Full-time, part-time and flexible opportunities are available and applicants with a commitment to safeguarding will be considered.

The role focuses on helping children feel safe, confident and able to thrive, with opportunities for training and development within a welcoming team.

• Providing dedicated one-to-one support tailored to an individual child’s needs.
• Building a positive, trusting relationship with the child.
• Supporting emotional wellbeing, confidence, and independence.
• Helping the child engage in learning, play, or daily routines.
• Working closely with parents, carers, and other professionals.
• Observing progress and adapting support where needed.
