Dimensions in Crawley is looking for Support Workers to join the One to One Plus Community Team. You will provide personalised, community-based support to adults with learning disabilities to help them live independently and confidently.

The role involves assisting with appointments, transport, and social activities, maintaining records, and promoting wellbeing. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required; a full UK driving licence and vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle (for community travel).
• Flexibility to work rotational hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated compassion and a person-centred approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one support in the community.
• Administering personal care as needed.
• Assisting with appointments, outings and social activities.
• Promoting independence through tailored support plans.
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning.
• Transporting individuals safely to and from activities.
