Responsibilities

• Implementation of Care Plans and contribution to running records and daily monitoring forms.
• Encourage and support citizens to achieve and maintain independence and engage with friends, family and community.
• Understand rights and needs of vulnerable adults from diverse backgrounds.
• Follow all instructions, policies, procedures and guidelines.
• DBS enhanced check required; role does not sponsor Skilled Worker visas.
