Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs neurological conditions brain injury epilepsy or visual impairment is desirable
• Caring, patient and empathetic approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Support the client with daily routines and activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with community access, social outings and recreation
• Support Christian religious practices where required
• Promote independence, confidence and wellbeing
• Assist with epilepsy management per training and care plans
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes or concerns
• Collaborate with family and healthcare professionals
