Job Title: Spa Therapist - One Spa, Midlothian

Position Summary:

The award-winning One Spa at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, Edinburgh, is seeking a qualified Spa Therapist to join our team. We offer various working hours to suit different needs.

Our spa is considered one of Europe's most advanced city spas, designed to provide a holistic environment that comforts, pampers, and relaxes guests.

Qualifications and Experience:

• HND or equivalent in Beauty Therapy or similar qualification
• Previous experience in a luxury five-star spa environment is advantageous
• Excellent client care skills and high treatment standards
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Genuine interest in holistic spa treatments
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and team-oriented
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 / SVQ Level 7 in Beauty Therapy

Responsibilities:

• Perform treatments such as massages, facials, hot stone, body, and pre-natal treatments
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment safety standards
• Assist with demonstrations and events
• Manage retail sales and upselling
• Ensure health and safety legislation is followed
