Qualifications

- Hands-on proteomic techniques including IHC, flow cytometry, WB, ICC, ELISA.
- Experience with antibodies and data interpretation.
- Ability to lead technically and collaborate across teams.
- Adaptability in a fast-moving environment and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Support antibody discovery projects and develop new products with global R&D teams.
- Represent customer needs in oncology; implement new technologies or processes across functions.
- Set quality standards for antibodies, ELISA kits, proteins, and cell lines; validate development methods.
- Build collaborations with scientists and key opinion leaders globally.
- Oversee product development pipeline and track progress with Product Managers and R&D teams.
