Job summary

University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) is seeking a Rotational Pharmacist in Cancer to help deliver and develop our cancer medicines service across inpatient and ambulatory settings.

You will gain comprehensive cancer clinical and technical pharmacy experience through a competency-based training programme and work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy (or equivalent) and post-registration hospital experience, including working in a cancer speciality.
• Ability to lead and participate in clinical governance, audits and service improvement within cancer care.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of clinical pharmacy services to cancer patients and support service development.
• Provide safe, clinically effective and cost efficient use of medicines to cancer patients.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe provision of medicines to cancer patients.
