Job summary

East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is recruiting a Clinical Rotational Oncology Pharmacist for Mount Vernon Cancer Centre. You will work across clinic, ward and day-case units to deliver pharmaceutical care to cancer patients and support the oncology service with expert drug information.

The role provides development in hospital oncology, involvement in clinical trials, and the chance to join a dedicated team committed to high-quality, patient-centred care within a supportive NHS

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent.
• GPhC registration and ongoing professional development.
• Experience in hospital or community pharmacy; oncology experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Screen prescriptions clinically to promote rational drug use.
• Provide oncology pharmaceutical care across clinic, ward and day-case units.
• Offer expert advice to patients, relatives and health professionals.
