Scarborough Health Network is seeking a Pharmacist - Oncology (CEN) to join our team. Reporting to the Oncology Pharmacy Manager, the role focuses on clinical care for cancer patients, including injectable and oral therapies, with cross-site coverage at Centenary outpatient clinic as needed.

The successful candidate will hold a Pharm D or BSc Pharmacy, be licensed in Ontario, and bring hospital oncology experience, strong communication, and teamwork to support safe, patient-centered care.

Qualificações

• Licensed pharmacist with appropriate degree and licensure in Ontario.
• Hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Oncology pharmacy experience preferred, incl. oral take-home cancer drugs.
• Ability to work across sites and collaborate with inter-professional team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical care to oncology patients and monitor treatments.
• Review and verify cancer medication orders and manage electronic records.
• Counsel patients on chemotherapy regimens and manage drug interactions.
• Contribute to drug safety initiatives and participate in cross-site coverage.
