Qualifications

• Advanced degree (or equivalent) in genomics, molecular biology, life sciences or related discipline.
• Experience in genomics, life sciences, or healthcare technology with commercial strategy exposure.
• Proven ability to expand markets, launch collaborations and generate evidence.
• Experience engaging with societies, white papers and standards setting.
• Strong understanding of genomics ecosystems in EMEAI.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and validate new market opportunities across research, applied, and clinical segments.
• Develop and execute commercial-forward market development strategies with milestones.
• Expand access into new geographies across EMEAI.
• Provide input into product roadmaps based on market needs and evidence gaps.
• Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations for oncology and new applications.
• Lead KOL networks and ecosystem development aligned to growth priorities.
• Define evidence generation strategies to support market entry for Oncology.
• Translate evidence into compelling commercial narratives for customers.
• Support regulatory, reimbursement, and market access pathways in the region.
• Enable sales and marketing with education and strategic content tailored to oncology.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and global knowledge sharing.
• Provide leadership and capability development across Market Development.
