We’re working with a global SaaS Insurtech client transforming the insurance space through technology. We are seeking an exceptional Client Onboarding Manager for the EMEA region. You will program manage new clients from the latter stages of the sales cycle through to implementation. If you thrive at the intersection of program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and digital innovation—this is your chance to shape client success on a global scale, all while working remotely within a diverse and inclusive team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple SaaS platform client onboarding and implementations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal tech/business teams.
• Drive delivery using a hybrid Agile/SDLC model with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, plans, and KPIs.
• Foster strong client relationships with a focus on long-term success.
• Identify opportunities for additional value-added services.
• Improve delivery processes and team collaboration across regions.

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of onboarding and program management experience, specifically within SaaS Insurance Technology Products or Insurance Technology Consulting.
• Extensive experience in a specialized Client Onboarding role, with clear emphasis on onboarding in the CV.
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional implementation programs.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com or Team Foundation Server.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Analytical, solutions-oriented, and highly collaborative mindset.
