CBC Resourcing Solutions is assisting a niche and dynamic bank in Manchester to recruit an onboarding analyst. The role focuses on delivering a swift and smooth onboarding process for commercial and retail customers, while ensuring compliance with Fraud, AML and KYC policies.

You will explain requirements clearly to internal and external customers, and maintain a keen eye for detail to make the journey right first time and a seamless experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Onboarding/KYC/AML knowledge or experience within a financial services business (essential).
• Consumer lending experience (e.g. motor finance) preferred.
• High numeracy and literacy skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a swift and smooth onboarding process for commercial and retail customers.
• Ensure onboarding adheres to Fraud, AML and KYC policies and procedures.
