Job summary

Gen II Fund Services is seeking an experienced Onboarding Team Manager for the Luxembourg client onboarding unit based in the Southampton office. You will oversee multi-jurisdictional onboarding, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage data integrity across core platforms to support client and investor lifecycles.

The role requires 5-8 years in finance, AML/Regulatory expertise, and the ability to deliver pragmatic risk-based solutions.

Qualifications

Knowledge of current AML/CFT handbook legislation, regulation and practices.
Strong GDPR understanding and handling of personal data.
Solid understanding of source of wealth/source of funds requirements.
Integrity, business acumen and client delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead Luxembourg onboarding team in Southampton for Gen II’s institutional business, ensuring oversight and visibility across jurisdictions.
Identify process weaknesses and work with Client Delivery Management to implement improvements.
Collaborate with clients, advisors and relationship managers to deliver pragmatic onboarding solutions.
Act as workstream lead for new client transition initiatives and coordinate delivery for superior client experience.
Escalate and resolve complex onboarding issues; obtain appropriate approvals for high-risk cases.
Provide input to internal reports to ensure accuracy of Luxembourg onboarding operations.
