Job summary

Legal & General is seeking an organised Onboarding Calculations professional for a six-month FTC to coordinate and allocate work across the team. You will balance workloads, monitor queues, and support consultants while collaborating with Team Managers to drive performance and development.

• Provide data and analysis around daily/weekly/monthly MI.

Job Description

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Onboarding Calculations team on a six-month FTC. You'll be responsible for coordinating and allocating work across the team, managing priorities and helping ensure service levels are met.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build experience in a leadership-focused position, developing skills in coaching, workload management and operational delivery while working closely with experienced Team Managers.
