Job summary

Stena Line invites hospitality professionals to join the Britannia onboard as part of the Onboard Services team. This full-time, permanent role involves working across restaurants, bars and duty-free areas to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences at sea.

You will join a close-knit crew, delivering friendly, efficient service while following safety procedures and maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards for a memorable journey.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong at multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a team player is a must.
• Attention to detail and ambition to develop within the company.

Responsibilities

• Support onboard hospitality operations - Work across the restaurants, bars, duty-free shop and other passenger areas to support the smooth running of the vessel.
• Maintain high standards - Ensure areas are clean, presentable and maintained to Stena Line's required standards.
• Work effectively as part of the onboard team - Collaborate closely with colleagues to provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to passengers and fellow crew members.
• Follow health, safety and company procedures - Work safely and responsibly onboard, following all relevant Stena Line policies, procedures and maritime requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service - Ensure guests have a welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout their journey.

Requirements
