Job summary

City Cruises UK, part of the Hornblower Group, is hiring an F&B Supervisor (Functions Supervisor) to lead the team on our dining cruises and private hire events. You will ensure food safety, service standards and a superb guest experience onboard all our cruises.

Salary £32,396.74 per annum with increases after probation, 42.5 hours per week, and a requirement to work 5 of 7 days including weekends and bank holidays. Applicants must be over 18 due to alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of dining areas and ships.
• Lead waiting staff and manage service delivery on cruises and private events.
• Assist with stock, paperwork and adherence to company policies.
• Be an ambassador for the RESPECT Service System.
