• Produce and deliver drinks/food in line with brand standards and recipes, and comply with food safety laws.
• Follow Bar and Till Training Procedures to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and minimise stock loss.
• Provide a world-class level of customer service and proactively offer information throughout the journey.
• Assist onboard team to maintain high standards of cleanliness across vessels during service.
• Assist Master/Mate/DCSA in emergencies and participate in monthly drills.
• Serve food and beverages following prescribed methods and answer product questions.
• Follow food hygiene/safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
• Ensure alcohol sales are completed responsibly in line with licensing requirements.
• Greet and engage with customers on board and explore their needs for food and drink.
• Process all sales through the EPOS system and ensure payment is recorded.

• Theproduction and delivery of drinks / food in line with brand standards &recipes and in compliance with relevant food safety and alcohol licensing laws.
• Tounderstand and follow the Bar and Till Training Procedures to ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and to make all reasonable efforts toensure that stock is not lost or stolen.
• Toalways provide a ‘world class’ standard of customer service, being proactive inoffering customer information throughout the whole customer journey.
• Working alongside the rest of the on-boardteam to ensure that the cleaning programme is followed and that all vessels arekept to a high standard of cleanliness at all times during service.
• Toassist the Master / Mate / DCSA in any emergency situations and take part inmonthly drills to ensure preparedness for such events.
